How many revisions are included?
Every graphic design order includes revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the result. We typically nail the design within the first round or two based on your brief, but we will keep refining until it is right. If the scope of the design changes significantly during revisions — for example, a completely different layout or concept — that may be treated as a new project.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Simple designs like social media posts or banners are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Multi-page projects like presentations or brochures take 2 to 4 business days. Logo and branding packages typically take 3 to 5 business days, as they involve more conceptual exploration. Rush delivery is available for urgent projects.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver whatever formats you need. Standard deliverables include high-resolution PNG and JPEG for web use, print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, and editable source files (PSD, AI, or Figma). For social media graphics, we export in the exact dimensions required by each platform. Just let us know your needs and we will include everything.
