By using Retouchy Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) and its services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services
We provide professional photo editing and graphic design services. All work is performed based on the instructions provided by the client through our chat system.
2. How It Works
We work with clients until they are satisfied with the result. Edited photos are delivered with a watermark for the client to review. Once the client confirms they are happy with the final version and completes the payment, the watermark is removed and the final files are delivered.
3. Payment
Clients do not have to pay until they are satisfied with the result. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment information such as credit card numbers on our servers. Once payment is confirmed, the order is marked as paid and watermark-free files are provided.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services. Since clients review the final result before paying and only proceed with payment once they are fully satisfied, all sales are considered final. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us before completing your payment.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of their original images. Upon completion and payment, clients receive full rights to the edited images for personal or commercial use.
6. File Storage
We do not store source or edited images beyond the time needed to complete the order. Once the order is completed and the client has downloaded the result, all files are permanently removed from our servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
